Christina is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.  She is also a Board Certified Hypnotherapist and Hypnotherapy Trainer (ABH), an NLP Master Coach and Practitioner (ABNLP), a Time Line Therapy Master Practitioner (TLTA), and a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario with over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry.

Empowering individuals to overcome obstacles and harmonize their lives, she believes that  everything is connected on many different levels. With that attitude, Christina attempts to integrate the many tools, learnings, gifts and sources of wisdom that she has collected over the years into her psychotherapy practice.  Her trauma-informed, humanistic approach ultimately strives in helping to support and heal the entire individual in a natural, holistic and integrative way, using tools, techniques, and therapies such as: mindfulness, psychosensory, cognitive behavioural, energy psychology, somatic work, spirituality, hypnotherapy, experiential, emotionally focused, expressive arts, movement, meditation and more.

As the use of Havening Techniques has shown tremendous transformation in her clients, and because it is a natural, easy to use, safe and rapid technique which can treat and help a variety of client issues, Christina is thrilled to have added Certification in Havening Techniques to her toolbox as another non-invasive healing modality to help support her clients in achieving their goals.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in her sessions Christina promotes behavioral transformation, holistic healing and reconnection to oneself by encouraging awareness, a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes, feelings and reactions. She has many tools and experience to help one get back on track and guide clients to shift from surviving to thriving.

Moreover, as a Kinesiologist and experienced Fitness and Exercise Professional, Christina incorporates inquiry and body awareness through somatic embodiment, movement, and regulation strategies. Using and promoting yoga, mindful and expressive movement, exercise, dance, voice, touch, sound, music and creative visualization in her sessions, she finds these practices have been extremely useful with clients.
